Universal System Challenge

Hey I'm new to building ,but I got a lot of computer knowledge and programming skills. My friends and me like to get together and play ,what is now know as retro games, but like psx n64 dreamcast things of that sort and a little older. I don't like having to switch between systems every time to play on each platforms. Because I have no money really I have one universal av cable to play them with ,but I was wondering is there anyway to connect the systems ,kinda like a universal one.
