Optical Drive Emulator for PS1/Saturn/Dreamcast

Basically, something like the WODE that works with all 3 consoles (PS1/Saturn/Dreamcast), but without some of the oversights that the WODE suffers from (like lack of streaming audio support in GameCube mode). The level of convenience that USB/SD loading could bring to these consoles would be amazing. I really hate having to mess about with CDs.

There has been talk of a PSone HDD?, and if there are similarities between these consoles perhaps a more generic solution could be found.

It's a shame that project seems to have stalled. I have a Net Yaroze if anyone needs any code testing.

Thank you for the offer Bcass, but there are methods of using a NORMAL PSX/1 and turning it into a Net Yaroze. Something 'we' are working on
