I was thinking about this idea for a while:
An X-Box 360 console mode, where the disc drive is removed, and it only has the HDD inside, for downloaded content from the X-Box Live Marketplace.
With a smaller case, for the obvious lack of disc drive, there should be more open space within the console.
There are all sorts of games on the Marketplace, and you can buy nearly any 360 game off of the Marketplace.
If one were to install a larger capacity HDD into the 360 and recase it without the disc drive, it could be a powerful little all in one system
