Here is what I told him:
I wrote: Do not send it back to me without first posting a video of the problem, showing me exactly whats wrong with it. I can try and should be able to guide you through fixing it. It worked fine when I put it in the box and shipped it to you, I have a video to prove it worked fine. Therefore I am under no obligation to help you, or accept it back. I am unable to give you a refund, so that is not an option.

He says he'll show me a video, and asked if the options would be available(no idea what he's talking about) so I told him only what I proposed.

Oh, and everyone should watch out for a random mod I'm about to post.

More random than your 5 hour N64p's that you make "because you're bored."

If he paid you via PayPal he might enter a dispute. If he paid by check he might cancel it.

Other option is to tell him he can have a refund provided he sends it to you by tracked mail, and you receive it in the same condition as you sent it - in other words, if he has damaged it or opened up the unit, tough on him. If it is received in the same state and you can fix it, negotiate postage - maybe as he sent it to you at his cost you send it to him at your cost, and make sure it is sent fully bubble-wrapped and protected.

He claims to be uploading a video showing the problem, chanced are, He'll go in there and screw it up. I REALLY hope the ribbon cable on the screen is not damaged and just loose. I'll end up having him ship it back + some returning money, I'll fix the problem, and then add some very unnecessary(or atleast what should be) supports for everything. I'll drench that female of the dog species in hotglue if I have to.

Remember my idea of having the scammer open up his package on live video stream? That may have just been a way to laugh at him, but in all seriousness, I would want to do that for any portable I sold. Have him set up a stream on qik.com or something, then have you watch him open it in real time. That way, you can be SURE he has not messed with it, and that it worked on arrival.

He says he tried to open it? Did he succeed?

Post the video for us to look at please. Maybe we can help you out somehow.

He broke it more, and then I was all like: copulate off, your problem.

He kept whining to me, then I blocked him, he proved to me he broke it due to mistreatment, dropping it sevveral times to "test" it. What a dumbass.
