How flexible? Just a thought, but duct tape on the inside of the hole and spotting putty *might* be a more flexible solution than straight bondo

Hey, Bondo is perfect for Styrene (HIPS - High Impact Poly Styrene).
What I think you are trying to do, is just use the Plastic Styrene by its factory flexibility for Vacuum Forming.
So in other words, the Styrene needs to be 'heated up' for it to harden and not be as flexible.
To do this, I would probably just heat it up with a heat gun, or beter yet - in a oven on a flat tray for a little but (Be sure to look up the heat and timing specifications). I do not reccomend this however, as it MAY warp and 'thin out'.
Your best bet, would be to Vacuum Form it...

Who said anything about vac forming? I think the case just isn't 100% solid and geckolink is just wondering if after flexing, the bondo would break off. Apparently hailrazer uses some of his special spot putty that is really flexible and perfect for the job.(there are links somewhere on the forums, I know it)
