Where to get cases made?

Ok so I am looking into making one of my own ideas, but it will be a rather large case, nothing handheld. The inner frame will be built out of steel but I want the outer layer to be much like a desktop PC or laptop and be that nice plastic and what not. I want to draw out what I want but I dont know where to go from there. Where could I go to send a site pictures of what I want and have them create what I need with the right sizes?
