what is the stongest thing to hold my case together?

i am building a 360p and i dont know what holds together the best. tried hot glue... it was ok but is there anything else i should be aware of? thanks

Hotglue is best used for joining when you need a "glob" of glue. Gluing stuff like plexiglass with it won't get you the same quality results as an adhesive that was made for bonding plexiglass.

3M VHB tape would probably hold almost anything about the best, but it's expensive.

1st choice would be machine screws.

I use an adhesive called e-6000. Its made by the company that makes Amazing Goop... if you go to their webpage and do some searching you can find instructions on how to use it as a contact adhesive.

i just sand it down a bit and use some strong epoxy.

Some epoxies can't really bond 12 lbs together with plastic. Some are just fillers.

Hotglue does bend a bit and even when completely cool is quite squidgy but if you sand the surfaces lightly, let the glue get really really really hot (so its very runny and has a brown tint to it) It is sufficient to replace epoxy in every circumstance i would have used epoxy in, also with a bit of practice you can get hot glue nice and neat.

unless you're using sintra. Because its kinda like styrafoam, the ABS cement with make the plastic expand and become softer. It holds, but it'll make things uneven and warped.
