What would be best to use in a mold?

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

I need some suggestions. I've made a mold for my controller project, and I need something that I could pour in and let harden. Plaster of paris would be too brittle. Bondo could work, but it would stick to the mold. That fiberglass stuff, perhaps?

Any suggestions?
