I don't know if you would be interested in this, but its a very neat media player I bought for my father a few Christmases ago (who used it for maybe 5 hours  ).

Its the Kingston K-PEX 100
2" LCD Screen
1GB of onboard storage
miniSD slot (I'll have to check if it takes SDHC)
MP3, WMA, WAV, & OGG
Handles video using their PMP Converter program (convert & transfer to the device)
FM Tuner
1W Speaker
Powered-USB port [you are able to plug in USB Devices, such as a thumbdrive, access them, move files, & play off of them]
10-18 hours of battery life (depending on how you set the screen up for display & if you're watching a movie)

Accessories:
Silicone Case
Wrist strap
1GB miniSD card
USB Host dongle
USB Charger/Transfer cable
iRocks White USB Charger (110v, 220v)

By far, the greatest feature of this device is the powered USB host. I can toss in a pair of KOSS earbuds if you need some solid earbuds (not like the crap iPod ones :) ).

I'd do it for $40 + shipping (which, unless you're in CA should be like $5).

It actually looks like a GameBoy Micro...
