if i cant get the damn software side of things working the way it SHOULD work then my black zune might also be up for sale soon or trade for an mp3 player that ISNT tied to crap ass proprietary software

Well if or when you want to trade. I got a Craig 256mb MP3 Player with Voice Recorder and SD Expansion Slot. And the it's not bound by proprietary software. Have you tried the Zune V2 software? My software wouldn't install, even after re-formatting, but try the updated software and get back to me, it works.

That mp3 player costs like $15 new now, a used black zune is like $130.00.

there is NO WAY IN HELL i will sell either for less than i paid, just fyi, i did manage to update the black one to v2 but it was a hassle, had to manualy download the whole software package from microsofts update site (170mb almost) i can provide links to the stuff if anyone needs it ( i think) i would possibly be willing to trade the black one for something of roughly equal value (~130+ as it is updated and like new and has over 1000 songs on it) depending on the item

i would LIKE you to pay 130, keep in mind new retail ones are still two hundred dollars, i am open for negotiation but your offer of 60 dollars is just straight up retarded and kinda insultingly lowballed, you CANT find a basically new refurbished zune for less than 99$ unless you get lucky on ebay or from woot etc, ive only used the black one for maybe a couple hours and i havent used the brown one at all except to take pictures showing that it works! plus with the black one you dont have to go through the hassle i did to get it updated (thats IF i sell it)

OK! the black one is up for sale! fully updated to the newest firmware, will include everything that came in the box, its lightly used, light scratches on the screen and directional pad (from being in my pocket, hardly noticable) works great, i am just sick and tired of the mediore software (it works fine but i hate using it so much, a personal preference thing) 110$ plus shipping OBO takes it! or possible trade for a different mp3 player or something else, also available (maybe) is a pair of sennheiser PX-200 headphones, they sound great but i dont like the way they fit too much, might be chinese replicas (came from china but they might be real too, i dont know for sure) but they do sound REALLY GOOD, no distortion all the way to full volume, very loud with accurate sound and punchy bass, make me an offer on these!
