The Subject says it all:

(SOLD) GP2X - $129 - in great used condition. Works perfectly, LCD has no dead pixels, headphone jack is undamaged. Firmware already upgraded to 1.4. Includes a pair of Nimh AA's (1800mAh) and the charger.

Universal AC Adapter - $19 - You may think I'm crazy, but this little thing is worth the cost. It's RadioShack brand and outputs 3, 4.5, 6, 9, and 12 volts, at 1000mAh. The tip is swappable - just buy the appropriate size for your device from Radioshack (the type needed for the GP2X WILL be included)

(SOLD) 1GB SecureDigital Card - $I don't know, make me an offer! - Self explanatory, already loaded with Snes, Genesis, Nes emulators, a bunch of roms (Mario 1, 2,3 Sonic 1,2,3,Knucles , etc.), Doom 1,2,Ultimate , Quake I (shareware data)

Shipping for the GP2X will be about 7 bucks. The GP2X + AC adapter will be about 14 bucks. I won't bother charging for shipping the SD card. I will only accept PayPal.

Man... I would so get that GP2X if I had 129 dollars and wasn't alreayd planning on buying like 50 million other things

I am no longer in need of it and, as a used product, I wouldn't price it at or above retail level. It has spent the past month sitting on a cabinet, so I figured someone else could put it to better use.
