So, after over a year of browsing the site, reading, absorbing information, I finally bought the book used for $20 from BN.com. Great deal, no?

I think it should be the first building block of every portablizers career. It gives you all the vital info needed for any portable you may want to build. Glad you finally through down the Andrew Jackson... :wink:

$20 a good deal? Yeah, I paid $30 for mine.

Glad to see that you go the book. It's very easy to understand and will really cut down on the number of questions you may have or want to ask. I will add though that there are errors (as in all books) please search to see if they have already been reported here and you'll find the correction.
