I hate it, I'm running win2k, it doesn't look like steam, anyway, I installed it I think to the max, you know those little pictures of the harddrives on drop down menus? well, I chose the hdd's with the two grey, or white blocks above it, and it says it's going to take about 105 mins, to update cs:s, also, I can't run hl2, I click it, run it, and I pull up task manager, and I see it working, then it craps out, any tips or help advise, totokan?

To go off the topic, or to stay on topic.............hmmm.........how about both?
My PC:
AMD Athlon64 3500+ (overclocked, liquid cooled)
1GB PC3500
2x 80GB Sata drives in SATA0 array (speed doubling, basically)
DVD burner
Atop X-Blade Case w/ wrapped UV cables, etc
GeForce 6800 256MB PCI-Express video
Windows XP Media Center Edition (I know, I know )
All of it on an SLI Capable GIGABYTE motherboard
Well.....until I sold it Now I've got an AthlonXP 2800+, Radeon 9550, 40GB, 512MB, CD-RW, and about $1000 in my wallet

EDIT:
The numbers mean very little- little more than a way for you to distinguish between different video cards. For instance, the 9000 series went from 9000 to 9800. 9800 was the newest, 9000 the oldest. The 9550 is actually a 9600 core with some features deactivated and clock speeds locked. You can very easily overclock a 9550 back up to a 9600. Neither are very powerful by today's standards, and the 9800- the highend version- is slightly weaker than the 6600GT- the new mid-range.what do the numbers on the gfx card mean? I have an Ati 9550, what does that mean?

Ok, I need some more help here, it's with mozilla, everytime I restart it gets rid of my bookmarks, and I have to re-enable tabbed browsing, also it keeps putting it back to the download manager, I was wondering if there's any to save it like I had it on my old computer, so that I can restart and keep it the way I set it.

I would consider reinstalling Firefox, see if that helps.
