video / speaker to screen

this is the port that was on the pc boards for the screen for the video.

do i solder wire to both of the wires on the port, twist it into one wire, then put it through the vieo amplifier into the nes?

also this is where the speaker port was. do i just connect it from the nes onto here? which wires would i solder it to?
