Threading the Spacers

I tried to thread the nylon spacers for my handbuilt NESp. It didn't work so well. It took me about an hour to do one. Any help?v I want to get my portable done this week. It's school vacation. 8)

I held them with pliers (before glueing them) and simply used a screw driver to screw a screw them into the spacer. It took me like 10 minutes to do all of the nylon spacers.

True Value actually sells threaded nylon spacers. I'm just going to use those.
