I've been looking online for Ben's book and I saw there are 2 different books. A blue and yellow book, so what's the difference between the books?
Is it like hardcover and paperback?
So what's the difference?

This blue book?
http://www.amazon.com/Hacking-Video-Gam ... 0764578065
The copy I purchased came as a yellow book and both my copy and that version are cited to be sponsored by extremetech, and they haven't made a hardcover version to the best of my knowledge (although a nice idea, none-the-less). However, I believe that amazon shows one version as blue and one yellow not to show that they printed two separate colors of books with different content, but rather to separate the paperback version from their online kindle version (Here, in yellow: http://www.amazon.com/Hacking-Video-Gam ... B00107FBJM) in a noticeable way.
I hope that helps.

I've seen it in Blue and Yellow before, on a number of occasions.
I don't "think" there's a difference between the two, but one might have corrections or something like that.
From what I can tell, the blue version doesn't have the shiny holographic cover, like the yellow book does.
Compare
Okay, not a great comparison with just pictures
But you know what I'm saying.

The blue book has used car prices, the yellow book has phone numbers.
Seriously, though, they're the same book.

UPDATE I got my book in the mail today and it turns out it's blue. Strange.... I haven't read it yet though. Hopefully it's some kind of revised version and has some of the errors worked out from the last one. Like all those links ben has on his site to fix errors in the book.
