Cutting the spacers the easy way

Post by egomine » Mon Mar 14, 2005 9:37 am

Just thought I list this tip. It ended up being much easier then the cutting with an exacto knife idea in the book.

I cut mine with pruning shears. The little hand held ones that look like a crab claw from Home Depot. They cut right through with no effort or damage, and most importantly gave me a smooth straight cut every time. It was so hard to cut with the knife that my edges were almost always not straight.

I'm new to this so I may not have many tips to offer, so I figured I should share this one.
