Hi,

I decided to redo my 48 in 1 video game project. Not sure if you guys can help, but I'm having the below issue with my video. Please take a look & see if you have any ideas. Thanks.

I should mention that my jamma board has a dip switch that states

CGA-15.75Khz (Current Setting)and VGA-31.5 Thanks.

Stick it in er' pooper?

No but on a more serious not try hitting it really hard. That fixes most of my problems.

I think it's a power issue. (It almost looks like it's constantly resetting itself.)

Try disconnecting the screen's power and running composite to something like a TV.

This is neither 4chan nor the Newgrounds BBS General section.

bic,

There is no composite on this board. It's a Jamma so strictly RGB....
It does output fine to a computer monitor though.

This is madness.

I don't know, perhaps it's a grounding issue?

Oh, OK. For some reason I thought it was a NOAC. Sorry.

I still think it's some kind of power issue. Try running the screen off a power adapter while the motherboard runs on batteries?

That was my exact thought when he said "when I touch this spot, it clears up".

Maybe run a connection between that spot and a ground?
