In the book, the radioshack reference for the package of 2N4401 resistors is 276-1716, which brings me here - http://support.radioshack.com/productin ... 16&Reuse=N

Is this the right number? As when I search for 2N4401, I get http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?c ... d=276-2058

Would I be able to use this in the handmade NES?

Also, if I got it from Digikey (as they deliver to the UK), which one of these (if any) would work:

Yes, that one on the RadioShack site is the correct one. I can't say for sure, but I bet one of those Digikey ones would work too.
