I have both the 360 + HD DVD add on and a PS3. From the movies I've purchased and viewed both HD DVD and Blu-ray have about the same picture quality. Where I noticed a difference is sound. I think Blu-ray has better digital sound standards than HD DVD. HD DVD is already running into space issues. Th...

This is kinda where I was leaning for replay value and all, plus I'm an RPG nut. But how is the story? I crave Bioshock because I hear it's a literary masterpiece, but if Oblivion's is entertaining, then I can see why I would want it even more. Maybe I could just get both... Both have excellent sto...

Bioshock is excellent, but I'd rent it. After you beat it and maybe a second play through for achievements, there is not much replay value. You could do two run throughs in a rental period. Mass Effect has a decent main storyline, although it's quite short and I would say it's more action/adventure ...

I don't think you understand what I'm saying. Microsoft actually LOSES money for every 360 they build and sell, anywhere between $50 and $150 depending on the market at the time. There have been short spurts in which they profit from the console sales itself, but as I stated before, companies make ...

As I said before, the Halo license will be settled, most likely, in court. Microsoft currently has the MAJORITY of rights to Halo, but I don't think Bungie will take that lying down. I don't think it will ever happen, but it would be a nice fight to watch to say the least. You also have to consider...

Microsoft holds all the rights to Halo, there is no way they are letting Nintendo have it. Just because a company holds the rights to a game license doesn't mean they just hand it over to a new company if they want to publish for their platform. Besides, a company like Microsoft is always searching...

I personally like the playstation controllers over the Xbox (Especially the original Xbox controller). The Duke was horrible, the S controller was great and the 360 took it and made it even better. The DualShock 3 should be slightly better than the Sixaxis whenever it comes to the US. It has rumble...

The PS3 is also starting to get a load of good exclusives. Look at Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, Heavenly Sword, Metal Gear Solid 5. Much better exclusives than what's coming out for the 360. Folklore is a great RPG Uncharted is amazing if like Tomb Raider games. Warhawk is a great ...

No one here has even highlighted the main problem with Vista! DRM. The operating system has the functionality to monitor your behavior, and even disallow continued use if it doesn't like what you are doing! All modern OSs self monitor I know, but the OS should not have the power to lock down functi...

The problems arise when you realize that many old and/or abandoned buildings can be harmful and dangerous to explore, I'm mainly referring to asbestos poisoning. ~Adam~ That's why you wear a respirator. It also offers some protection against radon. http://i19.tinypic.com/735m8sy.jpg Many peop...
