I ended up using a regular 17" VGA CRT in mine. I run Mamewah frontend instead of ArcadeOS. I really don't have a preference between the two, I just like MameWah. It can actually run on top of Windows XP even, and very customizable. It is a bit of a bear to configure though. My emu machine is actual...

I got mine from Happs. I ended up having a Happs warehouse within 10 minutes from where I work, so I can run over there and pick up my parts during lunch without having to pay shipping. If you want to do it right, you'll need a router and a slot cutter bit too. I needed a router anyways, and slot cu...

That's lookin good maing! 8) I put a piece of plexiglass on top of my printout on my control panel. I used the buttons to hold the plexi down, and the t-molding helps too. I highly recommend something like that if your going to be putting artwork on it. It will last for years and years. You are maki...

That looks fairly similar to the one that I've worked with. I also have a 4" PSOne Interact screen, but your AV board looks different than mine. You better check one thing out for sure though, the +7.5 volt wires were black, and the grounds were red. I'm not sure why they are backwards on mine, but ...

Well, do you guys know any tricks to getting the wires out of the plugs? I messed up one of the plugs by just forcing the wires out. I have two of these power supplies that are bad, so I get a 2nd chance. I tried a tiny screwdriver to attempt to press on the little tiny clips inside of the plug to r...

No, none of those match the plug. The CPU is actually a 1.9Ghz Willimonte P4. Socket 423. It has an older 20 pin ATX plug, along with a 16 pin CPU plug. It requires both of those to work. It also takes expensive a$$ed ECC memory. Actually, it is a Dell Optiplex GX400. hmmm I'd rather not build a who...

I need help identifying an ATX power supply.
I have an older P4 computer that has an odd power supply connection. It is one of the socket 423 pentium 4 CPU motherboards. The power supply has a 20 pin motherboard plug along with a 16 pin CPU plug. Normal power supplys only have a 4 or 8 pin plug, and I don't know what to search for. I believe t...
