Building a JAMMA SNES Couple questions
Really just 1, I haven't opened the SNES yet to see if the power is knocked down to 5v with a voltage regulator, but I need to run the SNES on +5v as you need a +5v load on a switcher in a JAMMA arcade cabinet to not damage it. Absolutely Amazing work! I can only imagine what it's like playing Galactic Pinball on that. Never forget how addicted I was to that game. Galatic Pinball is AWESOME on it! Here is my impressions of what I have played: Galactic pinball Perfect with the side buttons! Launching with "a" is eazy and s...

Arcade Virtual Boy Project
Hi Everyone, It has been a while since I posted here, but I would like to share this project of mine with you. I converted a Virtual Boy into an arcade cabinet inspired after Atari's Battlezone. You might remember the NESp I build back in 2001. Since then I have moved more toward arcade collecting a...

Re: Rebuilt SNES controller w/ 4021 IC's - schematic correct?
I'm asking anyone who knows from experience - is this picture correct? It's from gamesx.com, FYI. I built this, and it's not working for unknown magical reasons. Rather than ripping it apart and trying again, I'd like to ask a quick question - am I right in assuming that the IC's are shown from a t...

"In my day" personal computers were just coming out; "in my day". We also didn't have television recording until I was in my early teens and only had 3 television channels. "In my day" (I was born in 1966). Wow Bateria I thought I was the old guy (1975) here. My GP2X sits on it's cradle next to my ...

Re: NESp Site Moving
Your site is the reason I found Benheck in the first place around late 2006 and early 2007. I found your site while searching Google on How to make a DIY TV. And after all these years, I still haven't made a portable yet  Anyways, You may even have or remember a old email from me. Does the ide...
