The camoflague stuff is an ultra-flat matte finish. It's supposed to reflect as little light as possible. It won't show fingerprints, like a gloss finish would, but stuff like sweat will mark it. The textured stuff is supposed to look like hammered metal when it cures. It's pretty much the same stuf...

i just think it shouldn't be allowed. Heck I could call up 40 people in a half hour and tell them to sign up and vote for me. I have a lot of friends who would do that if I asked. Now would that be fair? So new account = NO VOTE in my book. :!: Not that it really matters, just my OCD kickin in. :P ...

and electric rain piano is the biggest waste of time other than school you will ever have. How so? Even a mediocre piano player can rake in the cash as a substitute church musician. You don't even have to believe, just sit there for an hour and play four or five things. Also, playing the piano is l...

Yes, I'm bumping an old thread of mine, but it's not that old. I've taken the laptop apart and put it back together two or three times, and I still have the same problem. It says PCI ethernet adapter is missing. I decided to use the CDs to wipe it and reinstall windows. As soon as I get to the boot ...

When you say ABS cement, what exactly are you using? Like the stuff in cans for plumbing pipes? Or is there something else? I really like those smooth, solid joints. It looks so much better than hot glue. I imagine you can't peel it out, either. lol Again, fantastic job. That is some amazing work, a...

Yeah, you're right, they will bear some stress, but I really think the super glue will hold just fine. As long as you use enough plastic that the board doesn't move, all that stress will be distributed, and no one point's going to bear too much. If I was doing this personally, I'd be fine using supe...

CTFan's right. I threw a GG in some of the shots, and I don't see how it possibly could be done without relocating way too many minuscule traces. Even if you could do that enough to get the board down, that's an awfully thick sandwich with very little room for any screen. The GN Twin might do it, bu...
