Re: GARAGESALES 2011!
$100 is a pretty good deal for Kyle here imo. Last I checked they were around that on eBay, plus selling fees/hefty shipping cost/shipping hassle, on account of its massive size. I'd most likely take the same $100 local deal all day for mine and not have to worry about the headache. -Tapatalk Mobil...

Re: Newbie here with a question
When I painted the controller for this, I used Krylon clearcoat over the Fusion paint. No tacky feeling, and the paint is protected.

Pages 2 and 7 discuss in some detail the possibility of using this concept with other systems.rokumanxes wrote:Would this be possible to use on other systems?
I mean... I figure so...
Also, make it wireless.
That'd be cool.

Re: FS: Nonvolatile 1M (4x) N64 Memory Cards
Anyone looking to transfer N64 saves or 'clone' memory cards, look into getting a Dexdrive. Ran me about $10 on ebay. Even transfer emulated game saves onto controller paks.

Re: Gebby's Slim Xbox Laptop
After wading through the crossposted link, you do seem to have the video situation figured out (I'm too used to noobs wanting to use laptop screens without considering wiring them up). The replacement heatsinks and slimmed disk drive will help, but I still think the thickness is untenable. Consider ...

Re: Gebby's Slim Xbox Laptop
If those are laptop screens, that's not going to work. The connection between a laptop and its screen usually is proprietary. You'll need a screen that accepts the xbox video out signal, like component. You might be able to use a small monitor with vga, but as I recall, you'll need to softmod or mod...
