Okay...video issues right now. I used av cable and cut it apart...next, I soldered the yellow wire to the video slot on the lcd, and the brown to the ground on the lcd. No video is coming up....are those the right spots/wires for this? EDIT::: Damn...screen fried! Tested on other sources and no good...

You got it!!! I plugged in the original plug for the pstwo and it started working....hmmm...time to find a better battery supply. That's okay though, I'd rather that be the problem then the board frying. I'll continue testing with the plug til I can find an adequate battery. I can look at the bright...

Okay, I disassembled the PSTwo and soldered the av ports to the psone screen (pin 6 - composite and pin 8 ground). When I go to turn on the ps2 to test it, I see the red light, but once I hit the button, it goes away, then turns red again. Should I have something attached or something switched or is...

Hey peeps!!! I have been slowly getting money on the side and purchasing parts little by little and now, I feel, I have enough to start my PS2p! 8) I will be using the PSTwo (Slimline for the unknown), a PSOne LCD, and a PSOne Batterypack to run it all off of. For this first version, I am going to k...

The first part is not difficult, I can agree with that...just VERY time consuming. Still, I would have pictures of what has been going on so far. I'm working on a PS2 portable and I have pictures of things taken apart not only for everyone to see, but also to help organize what I wanna place where w...
