Confusing battery situation
I am building a SNESp from the tech specs in Ben's book, and as I understand, the battery charger and batteries are no longer available. I got the 8 hour battery Ni-MH charger from Radio Shack. 9.6 volts and 1600mAH. if i hack up the pak for the batteries and use this charger, will it power the SNES...

Well if you did the PS1 screen mod your LEDs will be dim no matter what. You can bypass that one circuit (forgot what one its in the book) but I think it makes it way too bright! One more :?: I wired up my LED mod with the proper resistor :x FINALLY, but the solder won't stick to the ground spot. Wh...

OH CRAP!!!
Ok I was building my SNESp and wiring the LEDs together. I was soldering a connection to the 10 ohm reg, when the solder "jumped" onto the screen. I carefully picked it off, and it left a mark, however small. Is my screen WRECKED ???
