in addition to edit#1 in previous post; I've added the 5V line to the screen as suggested by the website in edit#3. This keeps the screen "alive" the brightness and volume DO work now, but the backlight is switched off now instead of the whole screen turning off, any suggestions to keep the backligh...

Something's not working :cry: :cry: :cry: So this is what happens, everythings connected properly, power is turned on, the screen turns on i see a flash of super mario 3 and the screen turns off :( So i have 1 possible fix, gonna try thatone one now. 1) i used normal AA Penlites instead of the 2700m...

I was looking all over the internet for video amp + nes, didn't notice it wasn't about the "normal" NES. Today i visited a shop, and they gave me the following part wich should be similar. So today is the big day :) I'm gonna attach the screen to the nesboard, and yesterday i've finished the controllerpart so i'm excited ifeverything will work. Maybe you could specify what youre looking for exactly? Is youre NES pal or ntsc? What imported games do you want to play? (pal/ntsc/jap) There are several older games containing a converter, you can identify them by the weight compared to a newer one. But this conversion only allows you to play Jap...

SO basically you can mold it like playdough, then heat it in an oven and its a case?! Well, thats what i hope it would do haha. tried to see if anyone else ever thought about this, but if not i'll be the first to test and let you guys know if its a good idea or not:) Where can I get some?!
