Re: power ps1 screen from gamecube
Hahah, this is just the kind of work that needs that kind of care
All parts of the Gamecube are interchangeable with other Gamecube consoles, so you'd be good with a daughter board from one, a DD from another, etc.

Re: comission wanted psp mod and n64p
Anyway, your very best bet ... Trying to 1-up me lol To be honest I didn't even notice that, I was just typing what I would have said :P heheh. @blaze3927 so the hard drive is getting to be more common, but that doesn't change the fact that it would be incredibly difficult for this application. @e3...

Re: comission wanted psp mod and n64p
People have already told you a few little...obstacles with this, but I'll throw in a few more: 1) 2TB Hard Drives are rare in computers. In fact, I don't know of any computer that has a 1TB hard drive, etc etc. Plus, what in the world could you possibly need 2TB for? Besides maybe storing every sing...

Re: power ps1 screen from gamecube
It's possible. Just stick in a different Disk Drive and you should be good. I don't mean to sound condescending or anything, but you'll probably want to be a little more careful with this kind of stuff. You'll probably end up working with things that would get even more messed up with any kind of ca...

Re: power ps1 screen from gamecube
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b64/Harshboy/GCN-1.png You'll want to wire it according to that diagram. Where it has that variable resistor that says "Set the pot to output 8v" you'll want to instead have (you can use any method of getting 8v, but this is most common) a 7808 linear regulator. Yo...

Zenith Screen capacitors
So one of the capacitors came loose while I was moving it - I can't exactly tell which component it came off of....
Can someone take a picture of the capacitor (the small one at the top) so that I can see where to reattach it? Thanks a bunch.

So it's a stupid request, but I need the little piece of plastic that controls the brightness or volume in the Zenith Screen...I had two but I can't find one of them and if someone would be willing to mail me one I would really appreciate it.

Re: WANTED!!!! A GOOD MODDER TO MAKE A PORTABLE GAMECUBE!!!
Chances are very good that you're going to be paying ~$200 for things that you don't have lying around. The batteries (if you want around 3 hours) will cost you about $100 for the charger, cells, and PCB...miscellaneous parts will run you quite a bit more as well. The screen is another $30-$40. Don'...
