Outside, of course! For the inside (why on Earth would you need to know this, anyway?!), just grab yourself one of your ultra-common Combat or Pac-Man carts and open it up! Nobody cares if you destroy one (or even several thousand) of those!Electric Rain wrote:Were those inside or outside dimensions?

It could be your power supply putting out too much voltage. Loud sound draws more power, and the voltage "sags" down to where it should always be. Check the input volts both when you have a normal screen and when it's inverted. Try another power supply if you have one. If it isn't that, check the ou...

I haven't read the book yet myself, so I don't know if Ben uses a manufactured pro...

Sparkfist, please read the first post again. Not once did t0fler say anything about screwdrivers or bits; he was quite obviously asking about screw sizes. Just about everywhere but the U.S. uses metric sizes for diameter, length and thread pitch - no silly inch-based "number" systems where the numbe...

Usually with a tact switch, if you turn it thus: ___ -| |- | O | -|___|- The 2 upper leads always connect to each other, and the 2 lower leads also always connect to each other. Pressing the button makes the upper leads connect to the lower leads (all 4 connect together). Therefore the advice to jus...

I just discovered another reason why sellers put the item at a low price and jack the S&H up so high: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.html It's becuase they have to pay higher fees if the item starts at a high cost and if it ends at a high cost. They use the S&H loophole to avoid the higher fe...

Re: Thank You!!! Got it working
Now I just need to figure out where to connect the speaker, it wasn't covered in the book. Obviously it will be somewhere near the headphone jack, but I'm not positive and I don't want to screw it up. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks. Did you connect the Atari's audio to the screen's audio inpu...

@ marshallh: Please edit your post to remove the direct link to Kevin Horton's image. This is a breach of netiquette, known as "hotlinking". It's a very bad idea too, since, as you might have noticed, the owner of the file can change it to whatever he chooses. A better choice would be to link to the...

I asked if they had any more and she starts walking off........I follow.......she had 7 in all! I picked up 3 and may...

Depending on where you are, it may start getting difficult to find lead-based solder. I believe it is already outlawed for manufacturers in the EU. Fortunately I have close to a lifetime supply for my hobbyist needs already (the lead-free stuff is tin+silver based and cracks more easily than tin+lea...
