Re: Stupid question
The square screen I linked to was 5.4" and for $10 less, but then again it does seem to be widescreen.

Re: Stupid question
Thanks for the tip, I found a few reasonable deals on the Xbox screens... They all appear to be the same model as the PSone screen regardless of brand name, too, which is interesting. But speaking of different models, do you think a screen like this: http://www.matelectronics.com/acatalog/G8270.jpg"...

Stupid question
This might be a really dumb question, but... I hear about everyone getting their PSone screens for $20-30, but all I can find on eBay are upward prices from $50, or combo sales... Is there a reliable place to look for these screens with reasonable prices, or do I just have to wait for a deal on eBay?

Re: DVD monitors?
That's what I'm expecting, that it will work hasslefree, but I'm also afraid of what Designer noob said, that it will require the motherboard or depend on the car's systems.

However, I've been told ...

Re: GCN Laptop... Monitor issues
I was going to go the cheap and lazy way and use the composite cable to go into a VGA converter, since the case I have has enough space.

Re: GCN Laptop... Monitor issues
I figured just as much, and I had seen that information about encoders in other places, I just wanted to be completely sure. I may just have to look into a VGA monitor.

GCN Laptop... Monitor issues
Hi, I'm new to game system modding, but I figured I'd give it a shot, and came across this forum in my internet searching. I decided to start with a Gamecube laptop.... I know that it's not the easiest system to size down, but I already bought the parts, and I'm not turning it into a handheld. Rathe...
