Say, if the charger is rated to charge at 2A, and my load draws 1.5A, would the charger fry the load once the battery is fully charged?
Also, does anyone know where I can get a 7.4v lithium charger that's around 2A?

verge screen question
How similar is the verge screen for xbox to the psone screen?
I want to be able to led mod it and hook it up to a portable, but i wouldn't know what to connect to where. The psone screen has guides all over the place, but the verge screen can be found for cheaper.

Re: Carbon Fiber Case?
I guess I don't need to post the guide (but i will anyway). It's probably not all that great of a way, or strong as some other ways; he doesn't use Normex, and he does use normal epoxy. I didn't read it in great detail, but it sounds like he gets some carbon fiber fabric and makes a mold for it to s...

The MGC 2010 sounds AWESOME! I wish I could go!!!!
Unfortunately, I live in California, and I'm still in high school.
So every year, y'all chip in on a suite and give each other rides and stuff? That's pretty cool.
AND BEN HECK IS GONNA BE THERE?!?!?!?!!??!!!

Re: FS: PSOne portable WIP
Which one are you selling? The big round screen one or the other one above it? The two portables in the last picture aren't what he's selling. He's just showing them to let us know that he's done a successful job with two other projects, so there shouldn't be anything wrong with what he's done so f...

Re: use microphone jack forvideo input on laptop?(iknow it crazy
I have an easycap. If you play without audio, it lags, but only ever so slightly. Games are still playable. If you play with video and audio, the lag is horrid, (the audio sounds like crap, too, for some reason). Unplayable. If you record while playing (recording both audio and video) but not actual...

Carbon Fiber Case?
Has anyone ever thought about making a case out of carbon fiber? Whenever I'm not thinking about how I'm going to build a portable, I'm thinking about/building a laser pointer, and some dude on the laser forum made a how to for carbon fiber cases. I'd link to it, since I'm sure that the same princip...

Huh? I'm confused; how is that different?hailrazer wrote:For lithium's it is different.
Like the camcorder batteries are 2000mAh and the charger is 300mA.
So yea they work a little differently.

Re: Charging Question
Awesome. So, for clarification, If that n64p draws 1300mA, and my charger supplies 1300mA (although you would want more, to make sure that the charger doesn't fry, but this is just theoretically), then the batteries would just not charge at all? On a side note (not that I would do this, I'm just cur...

Charging Question
I have a couple of questions for connecting a charger to the batteries in a portable. I'm a noob. Would it just be something like this? http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/3682/photo106z.jpg I'm not sure which way to face the polarity of the charger. If that poorly drawn schematic is correct, then wo...
