3 inches long:P basically, after I relocated it, it worked fine. Then, I put on a ti regulator(only took 22 hours to ship and get to me after order) and it wouldn't start. I boosted the current by piggybacking another one in and the audio wouldn't work. Then I tried with 5(don't know why) and still ...

I put in a snes cartridge(super metroid) into my relocated cart slot by accident and turned on my snes. Is it fried(like when you do that to a n64)?

1) depends on your screen. ON a ps1 screen, no(best one eva(I gots one))
2) both is best. You just need to get the right voltage going to the fan you buy. On the box you get it in/sticker on it, it will normally tell you how much voltage/current is needed.

well, you need to get a screen(I would reccomend a 5" ps1 screen), batteries, and a case from polycase. They sell awesome enclosure boxes that are perfect for these project. If you don't care about looks, you have way fewer cables to solder, to, because you won't need to relocate the cart slot :lol:...

uuh, I think 1 is 11.1v in, 2 is ground, and 3 is 8v out.
