Re: NOAC pin layout question
Cool, I live in the Kent area. I'm working on a NOAC portable (SJ3) but I'm just in the case construction phase right now.

Re: D+Pad Hero Guitar Controller
Yes I used the PowerPak from RetroZone. At MGC somebody was selling carts or if you had the right equipment you could build your own from a donor cart (but that's another thread).

D+Pad Hero Guitar Controller
Yesterday I was bored and decided to make a guitar controller for the NES homebrew game D+Pad Hero. The game itself is pretty cool although some of the songs are hard. The only one I can play somewhat well is Sweet Child o' Mine by GNR. Pictures and video can be found at http://thewizdawg.blogspot.c...

Re: The making of... "NESp Delight" blog
I just wanted to update this thread. The NESp Delight is about 97% complete. Re: The making of... "NESp Delight" blog
Hey, thanks for the nice comments. I found the Datamax at a Salvation Army thrift store. I did find another Datamax but I plan on making a NESp Delight II with a SJ3 and internal batteries. I can keep my eye out for more for ya. I did see some for sale at a Drug Mart here in OH around Christmas time...

Re: LED MOD HELP!
Sorry to bump this, but I can't find this info anywhere... In this scenario: >Okay, Looking at the LCD facing down on the table > >Solid white plastic >glass >plastic sheet 1 >plastic sheet 2 >LCD The plastic sheets are different. One of them is a little clearer than the other(kinda milky white). Wh...

Any update on this? I would like to add stereo to my NESp but I've never found any good instructions.

Re: FC twin overclock
I've never overclocked an FC Twin, but I have overclocked a NES. I installed a switch to switch between the 2 clocks. It's nice for the Mega Man series of games.

Interesting Famiclone thrift store find
Found this at a thrift store today. I've never seen one of these before. I think it's pretty neat. It's called Master TV Game or something like that. I only got the unit, no controllers or power supply. The on/off button is on the side. The triangle on top is a reset button. I used a 9V power supply...

The making of... "NESp Delight" blog
Hi all, For the past couple weeks I have been working on a NES portable I've dubbed the "NESp Delight". So far I have the case constructed and the cartridge port soldered to the system board. These forums have been very helpful in the making of my first portable so I wanted to share. I've posted pic...
