1/4" thick is nearly 6 mm. I can't imagine that it would be flexible enough to easily vaccuum form. The thicker it is, the more heat it requires to get flexible. If you click on that seller's "Store Home", he's got some 1/8" stuff, that ends up being about 3mm thick. Personally, I've never vac forme...
