Actually, I found Divineo to be the worst place. I ended up paying $70 for my chip, plus $45 shipping. When it arrived it was marked shipping payment on arrival, then I had customs on top of it. At the end of the whole thing I ended up paying £160 for a modchip I could have bought from Gamefreax.de...

That site is fanboyish crap. For a start, when you make a screenshot twice the size, it's going to pixelate and look crappy. And they also missed out Touch screen and Stereo jack on Inputs / Outputs to make the DS look featureless. It has a GBA port as an expansion slot. And the PSP has had way more...
