A lovely lambskin rug which I'm now using as a blanket. Much too nice to go on the floor.

The power draw shouldn't be too much more for a bigger screen. And even so, it''ll be a much nicer viewing experience. Ask Tchay for advice on mobos, he can trim them down scarily well. Think he said you can get a rev a/b mobo trimmed smaller but you have to place the power board somewhere. Also thi...

Re: New Project: GCP
Really nice design. One point though, why don't you put a slightly bigger screen in it? 1. aa batteries don't have the capacity. Find a good set at http://www.batteryspace.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; 2.Rev C would make for a smaller portable unless you can trim a rev a/b board...

Has a fuse blown inside it? I had the same happen to my old USB, so cracked it open and lo and behold, the fuse had blown. Bridged the fuse with solder, got all the data off then bought a new stick.

Re: DKstation-revived
Not too sure how i fried the playstation, tried powering it up after leaving it for a few months. All I got on the screen was static and it wouldn't read discs. Expecting a new one in the post any day now so no great loss.
Edit:Postman arrived with my new PS1 just as I posted this

Grahh, fried the playstation. Should win one off eBay tomorrow so I'm not too sad.
Epoxied in a NES d-pad in to replace the gamegear's and added the start and select button from a PSone controller. I'll post pics when I've finished bondoing it.
