Aside from the whole diabolical deviousness factor being discussed in this thread, I really don't know why some people are bashing the PS3 before it's even been released. I'm very much excited about this system and seeing the new games that will be released to play on it. For my personal situation, ...

I honestly don't even know where to start looking. I want to add that cool vintage look to my future Atari project much like Ben does, but I don't know what the "best" method is for adding wood grain to the case. Should I go buy some wood veneer or what? Seriously, I don't even know what options are...

Re: NESp finished pics
with this i had to keep it in its original case because its not really my NES its my sister's so it still maintains all of its normal functions What a man of compromise. Genius - you get to make a new portable and your sis is just fine with it! Even though it's bulky (stupid early Nintendo and thei...

I don't know about all of you guys, but I'm personally interested in making portable units for the whole nostalgia factor. Super Nintendo consisted of a large chunk of my grade school years, and I want to play those games again (while learning about electronics, too!) As for anything that came after...

I say we can all reach a happy medium here by making as much of the case out of transparent plastic as possible. That way, people will focus on the work you put on the inside and it won't really matter what you did for the case :P ...but then my frequent short-cuts and hot glue fixes would be there ...
