Yes, as long as it's the correct pin that came out, you're fine. I always just pry the pin out of the IC when I disable it.

I might also be able to go this year. I'm 18 and in college now, which makes it a bit easier.

Average for australia shipping seems to be ~3-4 weeks. That tracking sucks, but you have to pay $40 instead of $14 to get anything better. Actually, if you want the tracking to be a little better, you can send it registered for an additional $11.50 fee. Depending on the country, the tracking can be...

Anonymous has no leaders and gives no press releases. Anybody claiming to be a leader or giving a press release is just trolling, and is usually giving inaccurate information (usually portraying anon in a bad way), although the news will almost never say that it wasn't anon when it was. If you want ...

I'm moving across town, and I'd like to get rid of some of my stuff. Just pay shipping and it's yours! First up for grabs is the shooting script + entire storyboard package for Port Washington. I have no use for this, and it's too big to just file away. If you're a fan of the movie you'd probably g...

Keep the slide switch, it would be nice. I would love to help you with this (give info and such) and I'm gonna buy one of these if I still can to experiment. Kool, I appriciate it! Though I'm still deciding on wether I want to do this, or put the SP inside of a TI-84 Plus calculator... If you do th...

i just received a bulk lot of retro stuff and it was packed with plastic bags. like 100's of them. im like wut. I've used a few in a few packages usually along with foam beads and/or newspaper, but they're really heavy compared to other materials, because they won't really hold any shape; they'll a...

items placed flat on the bottom of the box with peanuts dumped on top,...or even crumpled newspaper. The items placed flat on bottom of box with the foam beads on top is what happened every time I ordered from zipzoomfly. I also often use newspaper (at least for items that aren't insanely heavy), a...

Nice; my friend started a FIRST robotics team at school last year (conned me into joining, too), and they mentioned them specifically.

The internals are fairly similar to the regular "toaster" style NES. The TV part is just your average CRT TV.
