I doubt it would be possible, because when digital cell phone conversations are transmitted, they're compressed with a very lossy codec that drops all frequencies outside of the normal human speaking range. I would guarantee that this would wreak havoc with attempts to fax or dial computers. Exactl...

I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, but I'm definitely going to do something about it this weekend. thing i hate is there are ZERO u-pull or pick and pull type yards in my state that i can find, all of them round here you go tell the...

I'm not sure about the other questions, but whoever said the original Half-Life would not run on it is crazy (er, no offense). Looking at the specs, it can definitely handle HL1. Maybe no one realizes anymore it, but HL1 can run in software mode. It was one of the last FPSes to support computers wit...

You can do credits in WMM, but it's a ghetto way of doing it. Here's a short guide: 1. Open your favorite image editing software (or hell, just MSPaint). 2. Make yourself an image with the text of one screen's worth of credits. 3. Open WMM and import the image, drag it onto the timeline. 4. Repeat a...

Benheck.com forumgoers, my car needs your help!
I recently acquired a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird convertible. It's a decent car. I got it just a week before I moved into my new apartment. A week after that, some one broke into my neighbor's car, and sliced mine. Didn't break into mine, just sliced the soft-top. What they sliced was the rear "window." T...

This deal is so good they forgot to list any of the deals in the bestbuy ad? Not at my store Best Buy, Circuit City etc. often have unadvertised sales. As far as free, traditional, MMOs go, I'd have to say Shards of Dalaya is the best I've seen. It's a free EverQuest shard (server). But it isn't just bog-standard EQ. They took the game and re-worked it. Everything (outside of the graphics and zones and things) are completely new. As in, different s...
