Goodness gracias! Nice work, Ashen. I saw this on Hack-A-Day a while back but haven't had time to be active on the forums.
Do you have a build-log or maybe some design files for this bad boy?
The power port on it tells me it's a gamecube, but is it possibly a hard-modded wii?

I say: Put some sort of gold or green-colored LED work on the case for a nice extra touch if you're brave enough.Chezwik wrote:That could be cool. and shouldn't be to terribly difficult

I need an alternative to vacform and plaster casting
I'm trying to find a way to replicate something using vacuum forming around the shape of the original object, and then layering some sort of resin to make a shell. The problem is that the object I want to replicate is expensive so I definitely don't want to risk damaging it by vac-forming hot plasti...

Re: Wanted: GBA inside a netbook case.
What about ripping apart a small usb game controller, modding the case, and adding more space between the body and LCD so you can close it? From there you can just run emulators (more than just GBA too).

Thanks guys now I remember how much I miss my kitty. I do feel more intelligent nowadays though. I'm sure it has nothing to do with being at college... in fact I know it has nothing to do with being at college.

@mario:
I love your afternoon projects. What would be considered a major project for you, aside from something like a portable?
P.S. What's an SD slot for in a Dreamcast?

Re: Xbox 360 Hard Drive Upgrade
I've used HDDHACKR on three hard drives (two 80's and a 250) it's a little bit of a hassle taking your computer apart and configuring a USB drive to boot to DOS, but I definitely saved $100 over buying M$ official, but you CAN just format USB devices to use on the 360 nowadays on drives up to 16GB, ...

The GBA would be something I'd be interested in doing if I had the resources or the time, sadly I have neither. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_boy_player :P Hahaha yes, I had this in consideration when I made that post, I suppose I was talking about doing the mod for the sake of modding edit: @v...
