You guys ever try dictation software? Sometimes it works well, other times it mutilates sentences. ("My computer can recognize speech" becomes "My computer can wreck a nice beach") I've never come across any that worked well. I guess it was still fairly new software when I tried it a few year...

I suggest trying one of TI's switching regulators. Free, and pretty efficient.

Actually, they say 9V minimum, but multiple people have confirmed that they used it at 7.2V. It is probably less efficient at the lower voltages though.

I often eat or do other things while I'm typing, so I'm not too bad at one handed typing. I am better with my right hand though I think.

I discussed this concept with my physics teacher(and some friends) once this year, and we came to the conclusion that you wouldn't explode.

Anybody ever seen the movie Saw? That would be some terrible deaths...

I shrank the pics to avoid side scroll(click to view full size). It won't make it any faster for loading the pics, but atleast the page isn't stretched.

Jeep, please shrink images before posting them. Image shack even gives you thumbnails, so there's no excuse for that.

If all it has is Mortal Combat, it's probably just simple emulation that couldn't handle other games, and isn't setup for a cart slot.

You can test your controller by attaching it to power and ground, then use an oscilloscope to watch for a signal when you press various buttons.
