Re: Red/White and Metal/Wood CNC SNESp's
It's mounted slightly crooked, and it's driving me nuts. However, there is nothing to be done about it now. You don't notice it when the cartridge is inserted so I guess I'm nit picking. http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/rr351/Life-of-Brian/DSC03391.jpg Westlake Ace Hardware - where would I be with...

Re: N64 Portable in progress.
So far so good! I wonder how it will be with the joystick in the middle like that. Of course, the N64 controller was always awkward so you're not making it any worse...

Yes 12 volts will kill it, and I know because I've crashed and burned three or four of them over the last few years.

Nifty! I think you included just about every option one could want
Any N64 portable that includes a GameCube stick and the expansion pack gets my slow thoughtful nod of approval.

I'll fix it. It drives me crazy. That said, those pictures are so awesome maybe they are worth repeating
I second threedog's question, though. What value and what for?

Finally got around to mounting the cartridge connector and wiring up most of the controls. More to come, eventually. http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/rr351/Life-of-Brian/IMAG0305.jpg http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/rr351/Life-of-Brian/IMAG0306.jpg http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/rr351/Life-o...

Thanks! Hopefully your wife sees this and forces you to make an n64 portable, I would love to see your take on it! Okay if I just make an exact clone of your portable? 'Cuz... that's what I want :P Where did you get your heatsinks? And with what did you attach them? The plastic surrounding the Z bu...

I'm jealous of your design! Awesome work! I love the hinge that the tackle box gave you, and the fact that the Nintendo logo fit by chance on the screen bezel - it was meant to be :D My wife loves purple and I've promised her for the last couple of years I'd make her a purple N64. If she comes acros...
