This is the tutorial I used. One thing that I really like about it is that it teaches it to you so you remember it, they don't just tell you what tags do what. It also delves into JavaScript a bit.

cool, what is the program? also, how do i flash the DS? The program is flashme.nds and you flash it by using a passme or superkey or something, and then run the flashme.nds program. Adobe Primiere Elements is only $100 and you can easily find a bundle that comes with Photoshop Elements (also cool). Windows Movie Maker..... no. I use Premiere Elements as well, and like bic said, it's not perfect, but it is loads better than than WMM.
