Re: NES 80's Laptop
I just wired up a separate 7805 through the +8v out of the screens 7808 and it works fine now, but of course more peril as the screen is too think and doesn't fit in the top of the case like I apparently thought it did when I posted such (not sure what I was thinking there). I'm undecided on what to...

Re: NES 80's Laptop
Hadn't touched this since the last post. I Brought it to MGC2012 to do some work on it there but never really got around to it with Nomad mods and all the show happenings. Today I finally got around to getting the everything to run off of the same AC Adapter (remember, not a portable so no need for ...

Re: Sega Nomad - P1 Controller port mod
So you had to build a circuit and just couldn't tap the pinout from the ribbon cable that connects the two boards? Also, with this mod, how close is the possibility on completely removing the daughterboard and running the Nomad with just the smaller board?

Re: Nesp build!
Yeah that's a PMP, a portable media player, which is basically a device that runs pictures/videos, emulators, mp3's, ebooks, whathaveyou. Some are pretty decent ones (GP2x, dingoo, pandora, that new 7" yinlips thingy) while others are complete crap. Something like this is an odd occurrence because i...

Re: Nesp build!
I think Airz did something like that, but his was a PMP in a NES cart, not a NESp.
Neat idea though, a superjoy or most noac's should fit no problem.

3D Printed Goodness! More color would definitely add to the overall appearance. Printing the dpad and the buttons on a different color would probably do the trick.

For Sale: Archos 101 Gen8 2.2 Android Tablet
$165 shipped to USA. I recently picked up an Amazon Kindle Fire so I have my Archos 101 gen8 tablet up for sale. I am the original owner and have had it just over a year. Tablet is in perfect shape, no scratches dents or dings. Here's a bunch of rambling information about it: Features: 10.1" Capacit...

Re: NES Video Problems, but Audio is Good
I am of no help as when I had a problem like this recently it was "the pin connector, stupid." I just felt the need to post here since the dirty game I had just picked up and didn't bother to clean before trying to play was the also Megaman 2. http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/5393/dirtymegaman2.jpg ...

Re: MGC 2012 thread!
Yeah Johnlight definitely means "It was last weekend " since it's over. Hopefully 4 months is enough time to rebuild civilization out of discarded DDR dance mats and plastic guitars after the Mayan Phenomenon for MGC 2013 to take place.
