hey i just bought a dreamcast today at my local flea market. i have everything but an A/V cord. i checked lik-sang.com and the closest they have is an s video cable. i have no idea what s-video is, could anyone tell me? also where could i get a dreamcast a/v cord

i know i said i finished my lockout chip and it works, and it still works, im just not sure why and its kind of bothering me. on my switch i have pin four soldered to the middle leg, ground on one leg, and 5v(where pin four was originally hooked up to) on the other leg. i found that the switch still...

hey i made a view window on the top of my NES so that the cartridge can be seen so im gonna ixnay the top rf shielding, i was wondering if this will make a difference in quality assuming i hook it up to my tv through an RF adapter. i'm also having trouble reassembling the NES with the bottom shieldi...

thanks a lot for the advice on testing it, i was just wondering if the "diagram" i drew is correct for wiring a switch, or if anything should be switched or removed, its up a little bit but if you'd rather not scroll

spdt switch
i think my switch is SPDT it has two positions and both say on, i've used it before as an on off switch so could i use it for this mod

Disabling NES lockout chip
hey, i'm disabling my NES lockout chip but i would like it to be switchable between being on and off. To do this i need to wire a switch so that pin 4 is both hooked up to its original spot on the board, and 0V(ground) which is one of the other pins, i beleive pin 12-14 are ground. my switch has two...
