You have two choices I can think of off hand for the optical (CD/DVD) drive: The Plextor PX-608CU: http://www.everythingusb.com/plextor_px-608cu.html Pros: - Burns and reads basically everything except next-gen formats - Entirely bus powered - Very small Cons: - Very, very expensive 160 USD and up (...

Newton 2100 to XP/Linux Connectivity
I recently scored a Apple Newton 2100 off eBay (no cables included), and I was wondering if anyone knew the simplest way to: A. Transfer files and Newton applications from my Windows XP + Linux dual boot desktop to the either the Newton's 8mb of internal storage or one of it's linear Flash memory PC...

Tang - great because it still tastes good at room temperature, so all I need is a canister and a bunch of bottled water and I'm set. Coffee (black) - coffeecoffeecoffee... *twitch* *twitch*. OK so not that much coffee, but coffee's good when you want something that's not super sweet like most juice ...

All I know about tennis is that the resemblance to between the game and the act of deflecting plasma bolts with a Lightsaber is purely coincidental and nothing I saw my character do any Dark Forces games is considered an appropriate method of play. Any way, do tell us about the caffeine products pro...

Alright my comparisons were far too specific, the point of my ramblings was that the dragons found in the lore of various cultures are purely symbolic of similar abstract concepts (similar, not identical), and that IMHO it is far more likely that different cultures symbols would resemble each other ...
