Ben's mentioned about making an Atari 7800 portable, but he said it's circuitry is too big and there are too few games for him to justify chopping it up. One suggestion I can make is if you want to see if its possible just open the case and look at the board. You'll probibly never harm the system in...

PSOne howto
I'd like to know how to make the PSOne into a hand-held.
I know its less adventurous asking how the whole thing is done... but I thought this could benifit me and others that come looking for directions or a guide.
So if anyone can help please post, thx.

The reason we believe the GameCube discs are mini dvds are they hold 1.5 gb. The retail mini dvd-r have ~1.5 gb, besides its cheaper to use public technology then have a proprietary disc. And the saturn for those of you out there that say is sucked must not know that the saturn was a big hit in Japa...

I cast my vote for the PSOne. Granted there are times that the N64 comes out in front, but game length is clearly not one of them. Thats why (my beloved) armoed core and final fanasy games couldnt be ported to the n64. Could you imagine the size of the cartrige required to play ff7. Lack of game len...

Say just a question whats your opinion on the v.1 or v.2 mobo. I have a PS2 (really old one) and as I'm not doing anything with it really I thought I'd see if its a project possible/worth doing in the future. And before closing. Besides that set back it sounds like your PS2p isnt far off from being ...

I'm going with the saturn how ever ridiculous it is I believe you can. Basicly the main reason is Sega seems to have a pattern of using large cases and so having a large open area inside. As for the gamecube... cant argue that its small but having seen pictures of the inside its very compact. I dont...
