Re: vga/rgb input?
Once again with screens you can't use. Portable dvd players won't work. Just get a psone screen. It's the best way. Actually, they do. Portable DVD players all have a MCU. Find the datasheet, and you will usually find it has a RGB and SYNC input. I made mine go through composite this way. RGB is al...

Hacking a CRT TV to take a RGB connection
I hacked my CRT TV to accept a RGB signal.
Australian TV's do not have or use SCART, so this is really exciting stuff for my TV.
Now I can use my Amiga in glorious RGB!

Re: Is it possible to slim down the slim mobo?
The PS2 draws way too much power for batteries that are legal. Actually, the original needs 12 volts and 5 volts I believe. As for the slim, it only needs 9 volts. The 79xxx series runs on 7.4v, the other Slims run on 8.5v. Ah, my mistake. Thank you for correcting me. You can run the slim on 9 volt...

Re: Arcade Controls Wiring Questions
Sand lightly the NES pad's on the DATA side and solder each wire to the joystick. As for the ground (-, Vss / GND), you solder one GND from the NES controller PCB, and put that in a daisy-chain to each ground terminal for the joystick. You can see it right here! http://arcadecontrols.com/images/achi...
