Re: code name: green mushroom
but, pac man works still. and it does indeed work on 7.4v even tho it only needs 6v. Most plug and play systems are very tolerant of different voltages. I hooked up the Flashback 2, which states 9v next to the power jack, and it ran just fine on 12v, 9v, 6v, and 4.5v. Cannot recall if I tried 3v, b...

This is a really neat project. Is the Radica (any of the 3) going to be used?

Re: PSM - Playstation Micro
Very cool project. The better-feeling controls will certainly make longer play sessions more comfortable - the PSP analog is compressed misery.

PSP analog sticks
Apparently, walmart.com is now selling PSP analogs (via a 3rd party) - 10 of them runs about $14 shipped, although they sell smaller packs as well.
Did anyone figure out how to get them working with other systems? I seem to recall people struggling with that, at least initially.

Hey, man, it has been a while!
Good price on these. Probably will grab a few. I've tried controllers with similar replacements, and it makes a world of difference.

Way to go - that's a classic portable. Not enough love for the official hardware.

Re: N64 laptop
For mounting the boards (the N64 board anyway), you can dremel out the screw posts from the original case and hot glue them in the proper places in your case.
Also, that would likely lift the board off the bottom of the case.

What are you using to line the case to prevent shorting? That hobby foam works well...

FS black Nintendo 3DS complete
Looking to sell my black 3DS.. I have the original box and everything it comes with, dock, AR cards, charger. I also have an expanded battery and dock and a comfort grip. Nothing at all wrong with it; just upgrading to an XL on Sunday. It does have one small blemish on the SD card door. I will also ...

Re: got myself an OUYA
I was a developer edition backer on Kickstarter, the early units they sent out were pretty bad, controller wise. The retail units are a lot nicer, though, definitely an awesome emulation box. Fantastic emulation box, I agree. The controller on the regular release is improved but still not great. I ...
