Yes but it's not like a cool feature as if like if your playing pokemon you can move in every single direction; it can be used the same as the d-pad. And you can use either of themduring a game.

It's not actually mine, I'm thirteen and don't need a really advanced one (the iPods will do.) it's my brothers and it has a mini USB cable and I don't know how to use it but it cost a lot.

It looks to me that at the bottom where pins are the traces have small bits that look like the traces have been cut.
